Privacy & Cookie Policy

In force since 26 August 2026

1. Data controller

Data controller: Yukhann Nikadimus, sole trader, registered in Serbia as YUKHANN NIKADIMUS PR J. NIKADIMUS.

Registered address: Ilije Vučetića 6, Novi Sad, Serbia. Registration number (matični broj): 68711169. Tax number (PIB): 115876341.

Contact for data matters: j.nikadimus@gmail.com.

2. What data we process

Your e-mail — only if you submit it yourself via the newsletter form in the footer, having ticked the consent box.

Anonymous usage statistics collected by this site itself (see section 6). As an ordinary visitor you are not given any cookies at all (see section 5).

If you have ordered or bought something, we write down what is needed to send it and to keep our own record: your name, your phone number and/or e-mail, the delivery address, the item, its price and how it was paid, and later the tracking number and the state of the parcel. You tell us all of this yourself in correspondence — there is no order form on the site and nothing is collected automatically.

If we have sent you a personal link to the shop, that link stores the name it greets you by, our own internal note about it, and a counter of how many times it was opened with the time of the last opening.

3. Why

Your e-mail is used solely to send news about the J. Nikadimus project. We do not share it with third parties or use it to advertise other companies.

Statistics are used to see which works people look at, so that the site and the collection can be improved.

Order details are used to fulfil what we agreed — to send the parcel, to answer questions about it — and to keep our own record of sales. They are not used for advertising and are not passed to anyone beyond the postal or courier service that carries the parcel.

The name in a personal link is there so the catalogue can address you; the counter tells us whether the link reached you at all.

4. Retention

We keep your e-mail until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. To unsubscribe, write to j.nikadimus@gmail.com.

Raw statistical records are kept for 60 days; after that only daily totals remain, and they contain no data about individual visitors.

Order details are kept while the record of that order is needed, and are deleted at your request once nothing about it is left open. A personal link and everything stored with it are deleted when the link is revoked or expires, and at your request.

5. Cookies

This site sets no cookies for ordinary visitors. The display language (ENG/RU) is determined by the address of the page — English lives under /en, Russian under /ru — and is not stored on your device. The only cookie that exists — "kokoshnik_admin" — is a strictly necessary authentication cookie for the admin panel and is set only when the site owner logs in.

The site remembers three small things in your browser’s session storage: that the shop intro has already played, that the slider hint has already been shown, and the marks from the link you arrived by (see section 6). They disappear when you close the tab and are not used for tracking.

6. Usage statistics

We do not use Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica or any other third-party counter. Nothing about your visit leaves this site.

The site records what was opened — a page view, a category chosen on the scale, a post or an item viewed, a link to social media followed. Together with each record we store the day, the hour, the type of device (phone, tablet, computer) and the site you came from, if any.

We also store the page you entered on and the marks that were in the link itself, if it had any (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign — for example, that the link stood in a particular story). Those marks are written by us when we publish a link; they say where the link was placed, not who followed it, and they are visible to you in the address bar.

To tell one visitor from another within a single day, a key is derived from your IP address and browser using a one-way hash that changes every day. The IP address and the browser string themselves are never stored, the key cannot be reversed, and yesterday’s key cannot be matched with today’s. It is therefore not possible to follow a person over time.

7. Who we share data with (processors)

The site is hosted by is*hosting, which stores data on its servers on our behalf.

The provider acts as a processor on our behalf and may not use the data for its own purposes.

8. Legal basis

Your e-mail is processed on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the box next to the newsletter form. Consent can be withdrawn at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

Order details are processed in order to perform what was agreed with you, and afterwards on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping a record of our own sales. The same legitimate interest covers personal links to the shop.

Anonymous usage statistics are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding which works are looked at, in a form that does not identify you (see section 6).

9. Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, and a copy of your data in a machine-readable form; and you may withdraw consent at any time — write to j.nikadimus@gmail.com.

If you believe your data is handled improperly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
